Adirondacks Liverwort Heart Sutra <\/em>(2019) is a botanical mandala composed of Chamberlin\u2019s original photographs of liverworts, lichens, and other flora of the Adirondack Region of Upstate New York. The work includes language from the Heart Sutra, one of the foundational texts of Mahayana Buddhism: “Also no attainment with nothing to attain.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This video was part of Basking in Gravity: Yin Yoga for Black Flags Over Brooklyn at Magick City<\/a>, New York on January 26, 2019. Basking in Gravity is a 75-minute Yin yoga and meditation session that emphasizes mindfulness practice as a pathway to radical body acceptance and as a tool for escaping false binaries.This program was presented in camaraderie with Black Flags Over Brooklyn, an anti-fascist, anti-racist extreme metal festival held at Brooklyn Bazaar on January 25-26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n\n\n\n
